Hi, I'm renting a room in my flat, preferably to a researcher based at Stockholm university, Karolinska or KTH. Mörby centrum, a shopping mal, is a calm and safe area with great communications and lots of shops. The room is furnished with a bed of 100cm, own fridge, mat, bedside table, desk with chair and lamp, bureau, wardrobe and a linen closet for private use for one person. Sheets and towel are included. Shared fully equipped kitchen with freezer, microwave etc. Shared laundry room in the basement with 4 washing machines, 2 tumble dryers and 2 drying cupboards free of use. Hughe roofterrass with an amazing view free of use, shared in the house. Included: wifi, water, electricity, linnen, towel and handsoap. Smoking is not allowed. Ca 7-8 minutes walk to Tunnelbana Mörby centrum, Roslagsbanan Mörby station and a busstation at Danderyds Sjukhus and Mörby centrum. It takes ca 45-50 minutes to walk to Stockholm university and ca 1h to walk to KTH and Albano area. Ca 15 minutes by bike. More pictures of the room will be send on request.
