Hi! I'm renting my student apartment from May until the end of July to a student who needs to be studying at least 15 credits this semester. It is near Hösgbo and Frölunda, the closest tram stop is less than 5 min walk away. The furniture is different from the pictures right now. It is fully furnished (bed, table, chairs, TV, sofa) and if you want to see it, I can show it on FaceTime. The rent is 4.850 SEK a month, and a deposit in advance is required. Electricity and WiFi are not included. WiFi costs 212 SEK.
