Room for rent! Hi! A room near Järntorget in Gothenburg is available now. The contract is open ended, but it is also possible to rent it until the end of the summer. The apartment is a three room flat of 69 sqm on the first floor on Landsvägsgatan, only 50 meters from Järntorget. The location is excellent, right in the middle of everything, with cafés, bars, restaurants, shops, cultural venues, and tram connections just around the corner. Honestly, it is hard to find a better location! The room is small but cozy, just over 7 sqm, approximately 3.2 × 2.3 meters, and is rented unfurnished. The rent is 5,000 SEK per month plus bills (electricity and wifi) and shared household expenses (toilet paper, cleaning supplies, etc). One month’s deposit is required. We will share the common spaces in the flat, including a spacious kitchen with a dining table, freezer, fridge, oven, and microwave, with plans to install a small dishwasher. There is also a living room with a TV, workspace, and a studio level sound system, as well as a bathroom with a bathtub. The laundry room is in the cellar. I recently moved to Gothenburg from Malmö, so the flat is still coming together piece by piece. I work as a lecturer and researcher at the university, and a couple of days a week I work from home. In my free time, I play percussion, DJ, and sometimes organize underground parties. I am looking for a roommate who is creative, social, and laid back. (I also speak Swedish)
