Rent includes water, heating, internet. Electricity needs to be paid separately per month, depending on your usage. Any furniture that you would like to be left or taken away can be discussed. No parties are allowd. I'm renting out this apartment because of change of work and relocation to another city. I'm looking for 1~2 people with stable financial state.
